Our Organisation

Our organisational structure is as follows:

 Note 1: The Executive Committee is comprised of the following:
Executive Chairman
Honorary Secretary General
Liaison Directors
Creative Director
Project Director
Business Director
Training Director
Financial Controller

2: A operating unit will be headed by a Liaison Director and supported by a Liaison Executive, Liaison Co-ordinator, Business Manager and Project Manager. Each unit will enjoy autonomy to a great extent as the scheme matures.
